Mantis Composites, headed by co-founders Ryan Dunn and David Zilar, are going to revolutionize the 3D printing industry, utilizing technology they’re developing to print intricately designed carbon fiber materials. Mantis Composites is developing a proprietary 5-axis Continuous Carbon Fiber strand 3D Printer. They intend to sell their advanced printing technology and services to the likes of Koenigsegg and other high end, high performance auto and aerospace fabricators and manufacturers.
